Stuart Mill Venture Partners Closes Second Tranche for Environmental Operating Solutions, Inc.
Stuart Mill Venture Partners, L.P. (SMVP) announced today the Series C closing of an institutional round of financing for Environmental Operating Solutions, Inc. (EOSi). Other funds participating in the round included MidPoint Food and Ag Fund (www.midpointvc.com) and Meidlinger Partners (www.meidlingerpartners.net). EOSi is an environmental technology company that provides innovative products for water purification. Its denitrification products target the contaminant nitrogen at more than 320 wastewater treatment facilities, and the company also offers highly specialized expertise to assist plant engineers and operators. Headquartered in Bourne, MA, EOSi currently has nine production facilities throughout the United States as well as international distributor arrangements. Investment proceeds will be used to support continued growth in biological nitrogen removal and the use of existing products within fixed film de-nitrification systems, groundwater remediation, and drinking water applications.
